Metrovacesa has completed the construction of the Residencial Nou Nazhar in Sant Joan D’Alacant, where it has invested 10.1 million euros, as reported in a statement by the real estate developer highlighting its «privileged location» two kilometers from the beach.
The development consists of 45 new build homes in different typologies – ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms – and has been designed under «the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and energy efficiency,» according to the same sources.
The homes stand out for their modern and functional design, with spacious terraces. The development includes ground floor units with garden, penthouses with panoramic terraces, and high-rise homes, all with garage, storage room, and access to complete common areas: swimming pool for adults and children, gardens, and children’s play areas, designed for family enjoyment. The residential complex also incorporates commercial spaces, motorcycle parking spaces, and bicycle parking, promoting sustainable urban mobility.
COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
The Residencial Nou Nazhar has been conceived as an example of responsible construction. Therefore, it has been awarded the Green Seal certification issued by the Green Building Council Spain (GBCE), which validates compliance with demanding sustainability and energy efficiency criteria, achieving an energy rating of CEE A-A.
Additionally, the project has been evaluated under the Domum standard, Metrovacesa’s own tool to measure the quality of architectural design, interior comfort, and respect for natural resources. This seal values the use of renewable energies, innovation in construction processes, and the well-being of residents.
The Residencial Nou Nazhar is located in a strategic and highly promising area of the municipality of Sant Joan, 2 km from the beach and 15 minutes from the center of Alicante. Its excellent location allows residents to enjoy a peaceful and family-friendly environment, with all services within reach and excellent road connections via the N-332, the A-7 motorway, and the A-70 ring road, which directly links to El Altet airport.
