Until April 3, the chapel of the Cultural Center of the Clarisas hosts the itinerant exhibition ‘Recent Architecture Exhibition in Alicante 2022-2023’, promoted by the College of Architects of Alicante in collaboration with the City Council of Elche. An exhibition showcasing various architectural projects of public and private initiative.
The exhibition will be inaugurated tomorrow, Friday, March 21 at 7:00 p.m., where the exhibited projects will be explained, providing an integral view of recent architecture and the importance of these exhibitions for cultural dissemination.
Furthermore, through the Arquieduca initiative, a group of young people will be able to interact with prominent architectural projects, both local and international, and participate in dynamic workshops that promote creativity, constructive criticism, and teamwork.
In this regard, the Councilor of Education, María Bonmatí, has announced that on Tuesday, March 25, 200 students from the Santa María Jesuitinas and San José de Calasanz schools will participate in an interactive workshop where they will be divided into teams with specific roles, such as jury of the exhibition and defenders of projects or photographs. «Through these activities, young people will develop critical, argumentative, and creative skills, simulating the professional process of defending architectural projects».
