San Vicente del Raspeig will allocate more than a million and a half euros for the improvement, modernization, and provision of infrastructures and services in industrial estates, industrial areas, and technological enclaves during the years 2025 and 2026.
From the Industry area, a total of 1,643,822.55 euros will be invested in the industrial estates of Inmediaciones, Canastell, Torregroses, and Rodalet for the execution of projects related to urban mobility, public lighting, green areas, signage, and versatile and sports facilities. For the implementation of these projects, a grant has been requested from the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness, IVACE, amounting to 1,047,425.41 euros.
The responsible councilor, Lourdes Galiana, has explained that «from the council, we have worked very hard to push forward these projects, as the improvement and modernization of the industrial areas of San Vicente is one of our main priorities.»
Galiana added that «we have presented all these lines of action to IVACE with the aim of receiving financial support for their implementation. However, the realization of these projects over the next two years is not dependent on the grant, so the remodeling of the industrial estates will become a reality.»
The total investment is divided between the years 2025 and 2026, with amounts of 1,102,183.18 and 541,640.37 euros, respectively. The Inmediaciones area has the largest budget, with a total of 761,699.61 euros allocated for the improvement of public lighting and the conditioning of the green area in the Inmediaciones solar.
In the Canastell industrial area, with an amount of 434,697.53 euros, the installation of a Bicisanvi station will be carried out, along with the improvement of the public lighting system, the conditioning of the exterior area and parking of the Business Center, and the new calisthenics area, which is already operational.
At the opposite end of the municipality, in the Torregroses industrial estate, three actions will be carried out amounting to 248,561.57 euros, with the purpose of adding a new Bicisanvi station to the municipality, fine-tuning the lighting in the area, and horizontally signaling the streets that make up this industrial area.
Lastly, with a budget of 198,863.84 euros, the Rodalet will see improvements in the lighting structure, the green area on Veterinario Manuel Isidro Rodríguez García Street, and the horizontal signaling of its streets.
